Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will not incur any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • To cancel a booking, please contact us at +1 925 580-2333 with your booking details.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame, subject to our cancellation fee policy.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed and reflected in your account.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled service without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are subject to the full cost of the booked service and will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to bookings, including rescheduling or altering the details of the service, may be accommodated subject to availability and our discretion.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes made to bookings.
